Sustainability and efficiency goals: conflict or synergy?

Brabantia Group’s strategy prioritizes sustainability over efficiency or ‘operational excellence’. The question may arise – does this approach make the company less efficient and less competitive? Or, to the contrary, if we do things more and more efficiently (by eliminating loss of time, materials, energy etc.), do we reach the sustainability goals even faster? The lecturer will answer these questions with practical examples.
