Anita will open Forum on behalf of Business Efficiency Association community.
For 15 years, Anita Stukāne worked in banking both as a specialist and the head of the department and project group. In this line of work, it was crucial to have efficient, harmonised and well-designed processes to ensure a high-quality customer service. In Anita’s experience, process improvement largely depends on an excellent team and the ability to inspire.
She started acquiring business efficiency improvement methods while working at the bank. Later on, she used her accumulated expertise to help entrepreneurs implement various methods through Business Efficiency Association experience sharing events and by organising the Business Efficiency Forum and introductory trainings on efficiency improvement methods.
